Ok so when I go to buy seeds its says flowering time 8 weeks, but then I hear flowering time is seperate from seed to harvest, so can someone clear up when I go to a site does it mean flowering time 6p days is the same or veg is seperate?

Veg is separate for photoperiod plants (non autos). A veg period of 3-4 weeks or 20-30 days is usually more than enough if healthy, for pure or almost pure indicas which don't stretch much when flowering is induced another week is a good idea and/or a 13/11 flowering cycle.

Ok so when the seed site says flowering time 60 days does that mean seed to harvest? Or no
No it doesn't mean seed to harvest unless theyre auto seeds and it's explicitly stated that it's the seed to harvest time.

For normal seeds (not auto) you veg plants for a few weeks on a veg light cycle of 18-24hrs of light per day until the desired size/shape is achieved and then trigger flowering by changing the light cycle to 12on/12off, most strains then take 10-12 weeks to finish flowering.

I was talking about autos it says flowering time 8 weeks, and the owner said they'd be ready in 8 weeks, I know photoperiods and how they work...
Indica Dominant so if your growing a hybrid can the plant come out either way?

THC Potential: 18%

Taste Profile: Sweet, Earthy

Flowering Time: 8 Weeks (From seed)

Yes if they say 8 weeks add another week or two on, the stated finishing times generally tend to be a little optimistic or based on optimal conditions.

Just about 50 days from seed the packaging says 60 days from seed but only one looks like it'll possibly be done in that time 8 to 10 weeks
