Problem Hard to see

Is this some kind of nute lock I havnt used any nutrients but what comes in my foxfarm soil that is the only thing I can think it would be.. you can't really see it but there is light green spots on the fan leaves

It's a bit on the wet side and in need of a repot. Get her into a larger container asap ideally 5gal or so and be careful not to over-water. An inexpensive moisture probe is money well spent and will help take the guess work out of watering. Good luck and keep us posted?

Should I still water it after repot since it might be over watered already?

Limit waterings to about 1 party cup every few days until she's established and she should settle in nicely! How's she coming along since the repot?
