The plants stems look fine, they will thicken as the plant grows.
You could probably move your lights a little bit closer by putting something under your pot :)

hi, i put another bucket under the pot so to increase the height.

1: We still see stems are streching AND curving towards the red light.
2: i am VERY much concern about stem streching as i want THICKER, BUSHIER plant. NOT LONG AND THIN.

PLEASE GUIDE ME IF EVEN A SMALL MISTAKE IS BEING DONE HERE.

I think your soil is going to be problematic, it needs perlite or rice husks or sand to make the soil lighter, if you water too much they are going to damp off and the seedlings will fall over and die.
When seedlings stretch it means the light is not intense enough and should be moved closer.
Good luck and happy growing! :)

soil is not compact, even if does in future i have plans to loose it with poking in the holes i have made in the bucket
perlite was not available and it is my mistake to not add it though.

my stem still looks needle thin.
a fan is blowing 24/7 wich should make it strong by now. BUT DIDNT.

IS IT THE STRAIN?
WOULD DOUBLING THE LIGHT WOULD SOLVE THE PROB?

WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO TO THICKEN THE STEMS.

Hey @yazad! The ones in the last pic are on their 4th node, possibly 5th, hard to tell from the pic, the stem going into the soil isn't particularly thick and they are small for the stage of growth they are at.
Your stem will thicken in the next two weeks naturally. If your light was far too weak this would be evidenced by stretching of the stem and the small plant falling over, this isn't happening so all you need to do is practice patience and they will be fine and the stem will become thicker.
The key thing is that your seedlings look healthy and are growing well, focus on that and in a couple of weeks they will look better than the plant in the pic I'm sure ;)

and increased fan speed by 1level upp!
stems look now thick aswell :)

if average temp is 35 and pot this size. how much and how often do you sudgest to water?
