Question Just looking for some advise on these plants. Wondering how they look and should I be doing anything?? This is my first year

looking good so far from the pic. I take it this girl is outside.

Which strain is she or unknown? Any chance of a whole plant pic?

What have you done with her so far? is she in a pot or in the ground and what have you been feeding her?

She looks pretty good. I'd be considering a p&k boost maybe. 1 or 2 feedings with a 0-50-30 to help her pack on the weight, but even that is not necessary for a Successful harvest.

As asked do you know what she is? Auto? Photo? Strain name or cross of? Are you water only? What's your soil/ medium like?

And have you grown anything else in the past? tomatoes, squash, decorative flowers?

Are you running 1 gallon pots for a reason? More roots=more fruits. I run my girls, auto or photo, in 5-6 gallon bags. And you can get them cheap! At any Walmart!20211205_013324.jpg

Hard to say without full bud pics. Some go by pistils and general look, some growers go by the trichomes.

If it looks like it's got more weight to put on give it another 20 days or so. If you're in a rush you could stagger it and take the most mature few flowers over the next few days and leave the rest to ripen up some more.

I normally cut according to trichs. And i like to see all cloudy with amber around 3-5%.Those say at least another week to me. The staggered harvest is an option just note what you cut when.

Thank you!!! I will leave them a couple more weeks!!

Wow! You must have put in a lot of effort to achieve such beautiful plants on your first year! It is natural to have some questions so relax. Just make sure that they have enough light, nutrients, and water. Watch out for any pests and/or signs of stress in the plants. It also helps to prune some of the yellowing leaves. Just enjoy the activity and ask any more questions that you have along the way, there is plenty of help here!

I usually go by the trichomes too, aiming for mostly cloudy with about 3-5% amber. That usually tells me it's worth waiting another week or so. Staggered harvesting is definitely an option, just make sure to note what you cut when.
