I'm assuming rks is Roadkill skunk
And bx=back crossing. Is a breeding technique of taking a hybrid plant and breeding with original mother bringing back specific traits of the original parent plant. So if you take a F1 hybrid and breed with the original female its now a bx1

A bx has usually at first been outcrossed to something similar then backcrossed to a f1 parent your trying to bx. So for example rks-bx would be something like (rks x sk#1) x rks which would equals rks-bx1. ( (rks x sk#1) x rks) x rks would equals rks-bx2. A simple incross to its own kind would be rks x rks = rks f2, the next generation would be f3 ect
Sory for being so technical cola maker. Sounds like you may be abit of a oldtimer like me. In the older days a backcross did usually mean a straight backcrossing to its own kind without doing a initial outcross.
