This is one of my outdoor plants how does this look?? Should I harvest it or leave it longer until October?

Too blurry to tell clearly.

Looks like its still throwing white pistils, which means it's making new flower material. I would still wait to harvest unless you have bad rainy/humid weather, which can lead to mold/rot problems.
