If they're healthy and vibrant they usually double or triple in size.
Have you thought about using a screen ie scrog style, it's a good way to control height and achieve an even canopy. Particularly useful when you're using low wattages.

They can be small like this, individual ones are a good option for your space (not my pics) you can make the screens out of coat hangers and twist ties or chicken wire etc The idea is to create an even canopy at a set distance from the lights to maximise the efficiency of your bulbs ?

Improvise. Anything you can use to create a grid over the pot. Could be fencing, could be chicken wire, string, twist ties, coat hanger. Use whatever you can get your hands on cheaply :)

What you can do is plug a 6 gang plug like this to the timer

As long as the plug from the 6 gang is going into the timer, everything plugged in to the 6 gang extension will also be controlled by the timer ;)

Yes looking nice and healthy @Rubin ?? The female where the two v branches come out of the top, use twist ties on her to pull these side ways so they are growing horizontally rather than vertically and get it closer to the light ;)

Yes! Horizontal instead of vertical so all of the shoots are within the effective distance of your lights :) Now get the plant as close to the lights as possible!
Would this work for a light
Yes, these units are 40w x 2 =80w output so that'd give you about 40w per square foot which is good. Flouros are less efficient than led's but they are easy to cool and you get good light coverage for your grow space.
You can actually buy led bulbs for these units which is the best of both worlds ;) The good thing about the led tubes for these is that all the light is directed downwards rather than everywhere.

Let them dry out between waterings. When the pots are too wet it stunts the growth.
Also they aren't far off needing repotting, when you put them in larger containers make a soil mix with compost (60%), perlite (30%) and vermiculite (10%). They'll grow a lot better in a bigger pot with the right medium ?
