I’ve tried adjusting light schedules like 18/6 or even 20/4 for veg, and it seemed to speed up growth a bit without stressing the plants too much. As for spectrum, using a mix of red and blue light during different growth stages seemed to boost bud density and resin production. Every plant’s different, so experimenting is key!

When I do indoor, I run 24/0 during veg. As long as I'm on top of the feed/water needs, it does well.

When I run light a with more blue in veg (like 5000k), the intermodal spacing is significantly tighter. I always run more red/yellow than that in flower. The LEDs I e used on the last few runs are in the 3000k-3500k range. I used to use HPS (even lower k value).
