Hi all! I've been growing and harvesting seeds for over five years now, and take pride in my stock. I take great care to eliminate the weaklings in each generation and allow only desirable traits to continue in my efforts to create stable, quality beans. I run a clean operation, and usually only allow pollination to occur about once a year - either when receiving a new variety or to preserve a particularly stellar specimen. Never have I allowed hermaphrodite traits to exist in my garden!

I believe some of you would welcome a new addition to the collection - as I certainly will.

Currently I have two batches available for trade - the first is Wreckage by TH Seeds - created by pollinating a female with a male of the same strain/pack. These seeds are generally tiny compared to indicas, but the germination is over 90% and resulting plants are nearly identical to one-another. Perfect daytime smoke that smells like sandalwood and sage. A real pick-me-up.

The second, more recent batch I've pulled is a bit more of a mixed bag, which is terrific if you're pheno hunting. It contains open-pollinated genetics from Master Kush, Wreckage, and Sage 'n Sour plants. These seeds, from what I've grown out of them, can appear to be Kush in early veg and transition to very Sativa-looking specimens once they mature. I'm currently working with these progeny to develop a more consistent strain of heavy-yielding Sativa dominant plants to one day market.

What am I looking for, you ask? Well for starters, I've never had a purple plant before... I grew a Durban Poison a time ago that gave purple/pink hues towards harvest, which was exciting.

But really anything different is exciting! Purple, red, blue, glue, or even white! Lol

You sound like the kind of guy that can give a lot and receive a lot on this site. I myself have one of the finest Sativa's known to man that I have no seeds to trade right now. But I have the Male leaning over the girl in my breeding box and if this fails I'm screwed as far as this strain. It's a 100% Sativa from Thailand and is a THCV Monster with a total THC being around 21%. It's a very healthy strain and I've been growing it for a couple of years. I have other strains and One that you might love is Blue Glue, my new creation. A cross with Blueberry and Gorilla Girl. The seeds are feminized and I expect a real bushy medium sized plant with about a 9 week flowering period which is long for a 70% Indica. But Long is good and might be a 25% plus THC weed as the Mom gets around 25% and the Herm Mom's Genetics is between 23% to 28% THC weed, really strong stuff. I'm probably not in trading mode right now but could possibly see making a trade in the future.

Yes, that Blue Glue sounds mesmerizing. I've never had glue that didn't try to Herm on me before but it's definitely one of the top five plants I'd like to grab! And blueberry I've grown for a mentor when I was just starting out. The aroma is permanently singed into my brain! haha.

Thai is something entirely foreign to me, I must admit. But I'm ever chasing that psychedelic head state that only landraces seem to offer!

Here's a shot of my current grow, using seeds from batch #2. You can see some of the variance in structure from plant-to-plant.

Yes I know, the canopy is terrible - and that's because I'm currently out of bud, so when I hastily flipped to flower praying to get lucky I got quite the opposite of luck... 6 of the seven plants I had (including all four dwc buckets) turned out to be male! Only the potted girl in the back was saved - the rest had to be replaced two weeks later. Never have I witnessed such a catastrophic loss - except one summer I grew outdoors and the fall rains lead everything to rot... But let's not discuss that.

One bright side to getting all males, is now having the option to pick one for breeding! And that's exactly what I did. I chose the steady blooming Sativa/Kush hybrid with thicc heavy branches for pollen, and quickly dispatched of it after collecting the goods.

Now all these lovelies should give me at least a moderate seed-to-smokeable bud ratio, so I get this done and focus on the girls in the future.

Nice snaps..Sativa kids got some top notch genetics that I can vouch for..

I've just seeded a ChemDawg x White Gold cross..Here the ChemDawg mom..if the smoke is anything like the way she looks I'll be happy.

@Sativa Kid I've been watching your comments and this High THCV Thai has me really interested! Any chance I can get in on a pre-order for when these babies are ready? It sounds like they will be amazing! Not a breeder here, just a medical patient / grower.

The Glues are messed up sexually. I love when smart people talk, thanks for truth. I'm realistic about the strain after growing it multiple times. And have a rough understanding of what all this cheap breeding where they herm a girl with ancestors that were hermed all using Colloidal Silver. The result is sexually messed up Cannabis seed. I have 2 strains that have been grown many generations as regular seeds, my Landrace Thai and the Blueberry I have. Breeding with these plants can salvage manageable seeds that might have their limitations as far as sexually stressing easily and I believe that this Blueberry cross might be fine. I had great good results from my Super Diesel Strain. I've grown about 20 plants so far as test plants. Plus I've also grown about 10 plants to full term. Amidst the stressful environment the plants faced only 1 hermed and it was a combo of weird light timing and serious heat stress. This strain is seriously strong and is not to hard to grow. An example of breeding a stable plant to a messy strain. The sins of our past and our ancestors past always seem to come back upon us, Cannabis breeding is much the same.

Let's stay in touch. I'm about 2 months out and I'm only doing limited trades this time. Last time I was so generous that I sent myself scrambling for seeds. I plan to stop breeding after this Thai Daddy loses his wad over the Thai princess next to him. And I plan to keep a ten year supply of seeds as I'm also a medical patient and this stuff is the Bomb for Inflammation. So PM me in 50 days.

What about cuttings? I imagine it's progressed too far into flower by this point to be worthwhile, but even with seeds it's not a guarantee you'll find that gem again.

One time out of desperation, I decided to re-veg a potent mama to avoid total loss, which I had success with. It also took many weeks and valuable space...

I do hope that you are able to save your prize!

You got it. I have little for seeds to trade but will find a way to get something worth your while. Perhaps a purchase shipped your way or something of the like. I'll put it on my calendar to PM you in early September. Cannabis has changed my life in dealing with inflammation. Do you have any personal favorite go to strains for pain and stiffness or would recommend that is high in THCV ?

My Landrace Thai is great. Usually anything skunk is good and usually the average Sativa is better for pain than the average Indica. As far as CBD it also works but I don't like the edginess that comes along with it. But the Sativa CBD are usually far superior to the Indica CBD weeds.

For sure...

We'll see whether this reveg works out to make s1's..I might not have the time to babysit the plant over the summer. : (
That said, as you know, I really like the White Gold I've crossed it with..those beans are drying now as I've harvested the upper portion of the plant..
We'll figure a swap of some kind when this shakes out..

Cheers

The Thai sounds good. The best weed I ever smoked was Thai stick. The first hit felt like feathers hitting you in the face and then it felt like your head went up into the clouds. This was back in”the day”. Haven’t seen this for years.

I'm hoping the Blue Glue will be healthy. In my previous breeding experience that if you mix a weed that has been grown for generations as regular seed then that would be a sexually healthy strain. My Thai and Blueberry have been regular seed for generations. I believe that by mixing the sexually pure genetics with the overbred sexually perverted genetics of the Glue genetics. It did that when I bred Thai to Glue. The result can stand a generous amount of stress without herming. This is the problem today. People breed a femenized seed to a feminized seed turned hermaphrodite by colloidal silver. It's the easy path but the wrong path.

I agree SK, successive breeding with strong regular genes can more or less eliminate any tendency to self-pollinate. Two or three generations should be enough to get progeny stable enough to call regular. Even just giving those unstable plants regular pollen at just the right time might prevent their transsexual behavior from activating long enough to reach complete development.

One of my earliest creations is a bag of 'feminised' indica seed that always throws bananas, and yet she's consistently a high yielder with an unbelievable menthol, icy bubblegum flavor. I stopped growing her when I began making sinsemilla, as I didn't want to compromise my entire garden.

But something tells me that she could be revived and integrated with enough patience. I'm saving a bag of her for the day I decide to try again. To the right person, it could be a tremendously rewarding project.
