Hi gang,

I like most of you probably either use a filter or wait till plants just go to sleep or wake up to take glamour photos.

Pretty girls eh. These are 4th flower midnight girls

So here's the trick, just outside the door to your tent, cabin, closet, etc. put a flashlight or lamp just to give a bit of ambient light (Basically not totally dark in the cabin) Once you have your ambient light, turn off your grow lights for the picture. Take your picture with flash on.

I have been doing this for a bit now for my photos and they don't affect the girls at all.

Hope this helps people. Cheers

Hi, that is just how I was able to take a photo of my Northern Lights girls who are just now budding out. Only I used a regular light bulb to focus the camera during their grow light session and turn off the grow lights for a few minutes while I take the shot. It won't hurt them.
