! UPDATE!

This is an update on one of my Blackjack strain, sadly one of the pheno's didn't survive.
Bud's are developing at an astronomical rate. They look healthy and beautiful. Enjoy the pictures. Next update will be harvest time. Happy growing everyone.

How is the. Est way to deal with a nitrogen deficiency early on in flower? Will a dose of Veg nutes work, or is that to much Nitrogen?

? If the yellowing leaves are at the top of your plant or the yellow leaves are mostly new growth, then you probably don’t have a nitrogen deficiency. Nitrogen deficiencies usually affect the oldest, lowest leaves first, or the entire plant becomes light colored.
Nitrogen is a mobile nutrient, which means it can move throughout the plant as needed. Cannabis needs nitrogen to keep leaves green and make energy from light. All new leaves get plenty of nitrogen to make them green and help with photosynthesis. The leaves that get the most light are the newest, youngest leaves, so the plant “wants” to give those leaves priority for getting light.
If new leaves aren’t getting enough nitrogen, the plant will start to “steal” nitrogen from the older, lower leaves, so that it can give it to newer leaves. This is what causes the yellowing and wilting of a nitrogen deficiency
It’s relatively normal for your cannabis plant’s leaves to start turning yellow towards the end of your flowering cycle as the plant becomes nitrogen deficient while creating buds. However, if your cannabis plant is losing lower leaves fast due to yellowing (if yellowing and dying leaves is “climbing” up the plant from the bottom), especially in the vegetative stage before plant is making buds, you have a problem that you will need to fix as soon as possible If you notice your lower cannabis leaves turning yellow in the vegetative stage or in the beginning part of the flowering stage, your plant may be experiencing a nitrogen deficiency which will need to be treated.
It is not good if your cannabis plant is showing signs of an advanced nitrogen deficiency while still in the vegetative stage. It’s normal to lose a few yellow leaves off the bottom of your plant here and there, especially with very big plants. But if you are losing a significant amount of yellow leaves, and the yellowing seems to be moving up the plant quickly, then you have a problem
As a grower, you’re interested in how much nitrogen to give your plants at what time. The ratio of nitrogen to other nutrients has a huge effect on growth and bud formation. Vegetative Stage – higher levels of Nitrogen (pretty much any plant food will do)Most complete plant foods that you get at a gardening store contain high levels of nitrogen (N). These nutrient system tend to work well in the vegetative stage.
Some examples of cannabis-friendly one-part Vegetative nutrient systems…

  • Dyne-Gro “Foliage Pro”
  • General Hydroponics “Flora Nova Grow”
  • Pretty much any complete plant foodFlowering Stage – lower levels of Nitrogen (use “Bloom” or Cactus nutrients)It’s extra important to find a nutrient system with lower levels of nitrogen for the last part of your plant’s life. Many “Bloom” or “Flowering” style base nutrients are just the ticket. Some examples of good one-part Flowering nutrient systems…

  • Dyna-Gro “Bloom”
  • General Hydroponics “FloraNova Bloom”
  • If you can’t order online and can’t find a good one-part base Bloom formula locally, you do have other choices. Though not an ideal choice, most Cactus plant foods will contain good nutrient ratios for growing cannabis during the budding stage. So in a pinch, you can use the cactus nutrients that can be found at most gardening stores. The first cannabis plant pictured below is showing signs of nitrogen deficiency late in flowering; nitrogen deficiency in late flowering is completely normal and even desired. The last is an info graphic about nitrogen and your marijuana plant. :mask:

Update !

This is the update on my autos. Actually all my plants are stunted and am still trying to figure out what went wrong my side. Since it's an outdoor grow and the weather here is very challenging these autos are on their day 35. Weather update. ( 36deg C, Rh 55-70%, wind 18-23 km/h) plants are receiving direct sunlight around 5 hours, totally 12 hrs daylight. Ph of soil is around 6-6.5. Is there any hope that I can improvise these plants ??Pls help.

Bro I appreciate. But I can't do indoors as of now due to some problems here. This is a trial run and I've learnt so much during this 5 weeks of time. However the weather is not coping up. Now rainfall started in the coastal areas. Waiting to see the finish.

Just let it grow. I've found that for some reason auto's can take a long time. I thought my auto would never bud, it did bud. Time will tell. Try and get it as much light as you can. It's obviously in flower now. Just grow it out. We are all here to learn and get advice. This is an Cheese XXL Auto from Dinafem. Happy growing everyone!!

Hello all !! Sorry for the delayed update.
I just harvested my autos so all the 3 plants yielded me some 20+ amazing joints. I know it's a lot weird but still learning the grow too was amazing and the proud moment of the first puff adds more crispness to the whole 3 months period of memory growing your own med.
Unfortunately my pheno died due to heavy wind ☹️
Waiting for the weather to get better !! Stay safe guys. Peace out.

At least ya got something? You learn as you go. Autos need 18 hours min of sunlight not just light, sunlight and bloom nuts to get a good yield.

?The way I see it is Autos are not a great plant to grow outside Regulars are a stronger seed or the Fem seeds are strong for outside but Auto some have had luck with them most don't inside grows have a better chance if they are autos plus inside grows can be babied better outside mother nature is in charge :mask:

Here are snaps of the Genesis Auto I bred..just some random seeds that must have germinated from shake when I was collecting seeds..They can do well inside and out..It all depends on the genetics.
Light probably around 15-16 hrs for
most days, not to mention, competing with all the other plants in the garden...guessing I may have got 60 grams under less than optimal conditions.

Depends on strain. Some autos can produce 300 to 500g per plant outside but depending mother nature. Both photos and auto have there benefits. 1. autos can have multiple harvest outdoors even in Northern climates. 2. Shorter time to harvest = less time to be invaded by pests, wildlife. 3. Autos are hardier due to the ruderalas gene. Temps won't effect it much. 4. Autos grow much bigger outside when getting real sun. PHOTOS. 1. Can grow Much bigger
2. Longer veg for training and stress recovery.
3. Huge yields if good weather and doesn't get infested or mold ridden by high humidity. I grow both autos an photos outside. Ill get a harvest middle summer from autos while photos still going get a another round of autos growing for the fall harvest with the photos. Look for auto strains that can grow 90cm and up. You can get some quick big yielding buds with autos. But you can get some huge yields with photos. Both have there benefits. As why I grow both.
