Minor issues?

I'm probably honestly using a little more water. Ive fixed 6 so far. Ph's are in 6.3-6.5 range afterwards , robust ones i leaves with ppm of 130-160 and the weaker ones I'm bringing ppm down to 90-100

So the ones in coco pretty much just had high ppm. Im thinking maybe i just used way too much molasses?? The babies in coco had great ph and are bouncing back already! The ones in peat however, are more troublesome :/ about half had a really acidic ph, so i used high ph water to flush and applied dolomite lime. Still, a third of them were fighting me stubbornly and the ph just would NOT rise. I was flushing one repeatedly for an hour or more and the ph wouldnt move from around 5 or so. The peat doesn't drain correctly either, the perlite floated to the top and all the little particles moved to the bottom and since peat is near hydrophobic when dry it creates a dry block of pressed soil that i had to till apart with my hands but i cant use that as a permanent solution because the roots will grow and I'll break them.

It said nothing about "suitable for acid loving plants" on the packaging, and the people at the store couldn't tell me anything about it when i asked.

I think we've found the issue, I was about to say in my last response this sounds like ericaceous compost ie for soil loving plants :/ This is what we use for blueberries - they react the same if you put them in normal soil... they hate it.
Do they sell fox farm where you are? the bad news is you need a new mix.

Yes, or you'll be condemned to a slow death
An ideal mix would have decent potting compost 30%, worm castings 20%, Perlite 30%, vermiculite 20%.
If you intend to use the bottled fertiliser I'd add nothing to the soil in the way of amendments other than perhaps mycos and some kelp.
At the end of the day at least you now know it was the bad soil and bad advice or lack of at the garden centre so you can move on and get things sorted.
Once your mix is sorted you'll be flying!

With fox farm i wont need to get perlite right? I read that its premixed. If i need perlite either way i might just get more coco

I'd add around 25% perlite and 15% vermiculite to the fox farm for a nice and light mix.

Okay, if I've gotta get per and ver i might just get more cannacoco since it's doing great. One of the big ones that was clawing in coco is looking extremely happy since the flush, its stretching it's leaves out like crazy!
