Grow Update: Plants got a cool down in temp and a good dry period over the last couple weeks, a couple days of darkness and then the chop. Hanging in dry mode now. I'm not sure if any of my methods make significant difference or not but so far I'm happy with results.

Soaked 12 beans and so far 8 of the 12 popped and are thriving. I'll be checking in on progress shortly and will keep you all posted. Thanks for visiting my thread.

Seed update: 9 of 12 have now popped.(@Alphatoy, I have good news and bad news. The good is all 3 of the blue stink now popped, the bad all 3 of the Aloris Pop were duds.) The others are BadAzz OG Cheese, Alaskan Purple, and freebie White Widow that came with. I popped two and saved one of each. After a 24 hr. soak I put them in peat pellets inside small cups and small box on top of heat mat. They grew and got leggy fast so I transferred into 3" peat pots, burying the stems and put under seedling lighting, They turned or are in the process of turning green and putting on true leaves from the yellow cotyledon now. I just hope I can keep my babies alive and well from here on out.

BTW Here is the second round from cuttings of previous grow that is now hanging. Not a lot of weight but I have a plenty from the first round still. This will be nicely cured and ready by the time I run out of it. Left to right critical orange punch, green crack, and barely in shot upper right is the peyote critical.

?it looks like you might have your light to far away that usually makes them stretch like they are at birth I don't get my light more than 6 to 7 inches from the soil but I use led and very little heat that also seems weird for my AP is usually the strongest seeds every one I floated always came out do you float your seeds or just place them in soil sometimes I soak longer than 24 hrs. in tap water also a bit of nitrogen peroxide in the water that helps soften the shells I hope you still have some AP they are a great plant. I myself have given so much away I believe I only have a few seeds myself left :)

They actually stretched like that in two days in the dark on the heat mat. I was blown away at how much they grew. I figured they would if anything barely break ground. They all had a 24 hr float / soak and put into the peat pellets on the heat mat for 48 hrs. with plastic wrap for humidity dome, Thats when I took the leggy seedling shots prior to repotting. I threw em in during the last 48 hrs of darkness at 40-50* room temp before I did the chop. That was the end of the AP and Blue stink I got from you. Bummer, I couldn't get the AP to pop. I sounded like a good one. I still have a few random beans in my stash and a pretty good amount of Green Crack seeds. They don't seem to be very popular any more. . How did they turn out for you? You can see a lot of purple on my GC pics from this grow.
The smoke has always turned out real good on my end. I have a good supply of GC bud still. A very motivating strain. I'm looking forward to something new though :)

?I myself like the soak until seed drops in glass of water than I place in wet paper towel on small plate than I place into plastic storage bag and place into dark place and watch every 12 hours until I get a 1 inch or better root than I place them into small pot of miracle gro I feel they grow stronger with this system when placing them in pot do not cover seed completely up and place under light about 6 inches from pot .. I think the reason yours grew so tall you said you use no light well yours are looking for some light my room temp is always 72 degrees for all of my man cave ladies in tent a bit higher wife and son really liked green crack they have used it all up almost next grow will have to start more that's about 2 months from now right now I have 7 ladies and 2 babies growing had to chop chop my Daydreamer X AK 47 wife really likes this one. so had to start 2 babies of her. to make sure she gets a female. that Bluestink I believe you will really like that's Blueberry X Stinkbomb. its Boss.so keep her going but remember they are regular and can be male so keep your :eyes: open for male or female I hope they are all females.:D

Yea, I'm sure the heat mat had a lot to do with them taking off and seeking light. I'll be keeping my eyes open for the male traits on the Blue stink. Thanks for the heads up. I'm looking forward to seeing them grow and I'm optimistic I'll get at least one female out of the 3.

I dug around for some photo examples of the purple colors on the green crack I mentioned.

Update on the seedlings. All 9 are alive and well. Recently moved all into 5 gal. fabric pots with some Bigfoot Mycorrhizae. I'll try to get some pics up on these soon. I added some fast acting dolomite lime to my ROLS and I think I got my PH dialed? in as it was a bit on the acidic side before.

And then there were 8..... One of the three Blue Stink was male. A rather healthy and handsome guy at that, I hated to end his existence. That leaves me with two each of the BadAzz OG Cheese, Alaskan Purple, White Widow, and Blue Stink. I'm toying with the idea of getting out the clone bucket to root up some of the lower limbs as I start to prune them up. I'm after a little extra stem stretch out of these as I'm hoping all that area will fill in with nice big fat buds. Time will tell but they seem to be on track. Tune in next time for the continuing grow updates. IMG_0763.JPGIMG_0753.JPGIMG_0760.JPGIMG_0755.JPG
