Do you think it's ready? It's a Strawberry Red Bana auto, at the eleventh week, but the trichomes aren't turning amber.

It looks like you're in the harvest window. New white pistils indicate that new flower material is still forming. It looks mature with many receding orange pistils, and if you're at 11 weeks on 12/12, I'd say it's about ready.

Hi there growmie. Welcome to FC. Your buds are beautiful and very colorful! I can see some darker green foliage in your fan leaves so I would suggest flushing your plants with plain PH’d water to the optimum PH that your medium requires to efficiently use up any leftover nutrients within your grow medium. That should help lighten up the fan leaf foliage to light green to yellow to effectively remove any excess nitrogen within your plant and flowers prior to harvest. Enjoy brother, I hope this helps!
