Hey guys, I am searching for a vape to help fall asleep. Do consider that I am a causal cannabis smoker and have a low tolerance for THC.

Buy yourself a high THC strain from the dispensery that contains >2% CBD. Stick in in a sealed jar and put it in the oven at 200'F for several hours. Some of the THC converts to CBN -- the "sleepy" cannabinoid -- and the presence of CBD will mediate the effects of whatever THC remains. Since most of the cannabinoids will be decarbed, you can vape it or make edibles. Sweet dreams.

Sounds like alchemy! How certain are you that this will work? Should I use sativa or indica flower?

Indica will give a better starting point. Conversion of THC ==> CBN is an oxidation process that occurs in the presence of oxygen at room temp at the rate of ~30%/18 months. Heating to above 200'F will speed up that process signifiicantly.

This is my personal solution to insomnia. If you want something more formal, here you go:

Google is your friend. Lots of info on CBN, but not a lot of peer reviewed research.

Much appreciated! Will definitely give it a try.

Curious: Once the weed has been baked for a few hours, can it be rolled into a joint as well? And still make one sleepy?

And find yourself some Lemongrass by Humbolt seed. This is some straight knockout weed for me. Couple hits and in about an hour I'm going down whether I wanted to or not.

Thc isn't the best component for sleeping, so you would need CBD based vaping more. Thc is psychoactive and boosts your mind and imagination, which makes it harder to fall asleep Cbd oil doesn't make you high but helps you to fall asleep and relax better. You could check for a vape pen at https://www.vaporizerchief.com/vaporizers/dry-herb; the choice is vast. I've been vaping CBD before going to bed for about a few months, which helps me. However, I rarely smoked weed before.

I understand your quest for a vape that can aid in falling asleep, especially with your low THC tolerance. When it comes to selecting the right product for sleep, it's essential to make an informed choice.
Considering your preferences, you might want to explore this range of products. They offer a variety of options, including CBD-dominant vapes, which are known for their relaxing properties without the psychoactive effects of THC.
Before making a decision, it's advisable to consult with a professional or budtender who can provide personalized recommendations based on your specific needs.

It's fantastic that you're exploring the world of vaping to improve your sleep. I'm on the same quest.

Given your casual cannabis use and low THC tolerance, you're on the right track. You might want to consider vapes that offer CBD-dominant strains or products specifically crafted for relaxation and improving sleep quality. When it comes to using vapes, it's essential to have the right information and troubleshooting skills. If you ever encounter issues with a brand new disposable vape not working, it can be a bit frustrating. Exploring that post about troubleshooting could save you some headaches in the future.

Honestly, I’ve found that when your tolerance is low, starting with a low-dose CBD or a balanced THC/CBD vape works best. Too much THC can actually make it harder to relax, so small hits 30–60 minutes before bed usually do the trick.

I also like to pair it with a quiet routine—dim lights, no screens, and some deep breathing. It makes the effect feel more natural, and you fall asleep without feeling groggy. For devices, I prefer something simple and reliable that doesn’t waste the material. On that note, the Vaporesso Luxe xr Max hits smoothly and heats evenly, which makes dosing easier, especially if you’re new or sensitive. It’s been the most consistent one I’ve used when trying to unwind before bed.
